Connecting Our Community with Hope, Health, and Support
A Bridge to Community Support
Maryann’s Place Resource Center is a community health resource where everyone is welcomed, respected, and connected to the care and support they need. We are not a clinic—we are a bridge, helping people navigate health, housing, wellness, and other essential community resources right here in their own community.
Our goal is to provide a safe and supportive place where people can ask for help, discover available resources, and feel treated like family. Through compassionate guidance, resource navigation, wellness programs, and youth-focused services, we meet people where they are and help them take meaningful steps toward healthier, more stable, and hopeful lives.
Our Services
Community Resource Services
We help individuals and families identify and connect with valuable community resources, including support related to housing, basic needs, and other essential services. Our team listens first, provides guidance without judgment, and helps people find resources that fit their unique circumstances.
Physical Health Navigation & Wellness
We help community members navigate health-related resources and understand where to turn when they need additional support. Through wellness-focused programs and compassionate guidance, we encourage healthier choices and help people build a stronger foundation for overall well-being.
Youth Services — Ages 12–24
Our youth services provide a welcoming and supportive space for young people ages 12–24 to find resources, encouragement, and connections. We help youth navigate challenges, discover opportunities, and connect with services that can support their health, stability, personal growth, and future.
